Click the upper right icon, then click on manage
Make sure you are looking at the Flash settings.
Click the slider to change from Block to "Ask first", then close settings.
Click on the Flash icon.
Click the "Allow" button.
Website Flash elements should display.
This will have to be done every single time you open Chrome and visit a website that is still using Flash.
**Please not that Flash is going to be discontinued in Dec. 2020 and you will no longer be able to view Flash content.
